Where is my order shipping from?
All orders ship from my studio in the itty bitty wonderland of Rhode Island, USA.
Do you accept orders outside of the United States?
Yes! International shipping is available for all orders placed outside of the US. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes added by your country during shipping, however.
Do you mail out orders right away? How long does it usually take?
All orders for the week are packaged and shipped out on Tuesdays and Fridays, unless otherwise stated. Orders shipped from within the US can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to arrive, depending on factors such as holidays, weather, and/or the efficiency of your local post office.
International shipping delivery times can be highly variable, however, ranging anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks. Items stuck in customs often have a longer wait, and customers are responsible for any customs charges applied.
I need my item by a specific date/holiday! Will I receive it in time?
All domestic and international orders are currently set to be sent via USPS First Class mail and are sent according to the timelines stated above. If you need your order sooner, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org about rush delivery pricing.
My order was lost in the mail! Can you replace it?
Unfortunately, once an order leaves my studio and enters the mail I am no longer responsible for it. If your tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered and you cannot find it, I recommend checking with a neighbor, looking around your building, and double checking the delivery address used at checkout.
If your item still cannot be found, I suggest getting in touch with your local post office for more information about your next steps.
Oh, no! I entered the wrong shipping address at check out! What do I do?
Please get in touch with me at email@example.com with your order number as soon as you notice. If the package label has not been printed yet, I can easily fix the issue and print the correct label at no additional cost.
In the event that the label has been printed, but the package has not been sent out for delivery, I can reprint the label with the correct address and charge you for the cost of the label.
Unfortunately, if the item has already been sent out before you have contacted me, there is nothing I can do at that time. You can wait and see if the package is returned to me and I will send it to the correct address for the cost of shipping.
Do you offer cancelations, returns, or exchanges?
All sales are final unless items are severely damaged during delivery. If this is the case please send a picture of the damage along with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your item. Emails sent after the 3-day window will not be eligible for replacement.
My pin fell off of my bag/jacket/hat/etc. after only a few days and now it's lost! Can you replace it?
Your favorite pin somehow fell off your backpack and is now gone for good. It's heartbreaking, I know––I've been there. Unfortunately, we cannot replace products that are lost. If you're worried about losing your brand-new pin, we do offer locking pin backs in our shop to prevent such disasters!

Can you design custom pins for my event/band/business/dog's birthday?
Absolutely! Depending on the requirements, I am available to do commissions for clients. All custom pins require a minimum order quantity of 100 pins. Inquiries can be made via email at firstname.lastname@example.org anytime.
